4. Refunds & Returns Policy

✅ Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@ondapeptides.com. Sending photographic evidence and returning the damaged items is required. Upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a replacement item. We do not issue cash refunds for defective or damaged goods; a replacement will always be provided.

❌ Unwanted Items & The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under UK law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to return unwanted items. However, strict exceptions apply:
Due to severe contamination risks, lyophilised chemical seals cannot be broken. If the protective seal is broken, tampered with, or the product has been handled outside of a sterile environment, the item is entirely ineligible for return or refund. Unopened, fully sealed items may be returned at the buyer's expense.
🚚 Missing or Cancelled Orders & Bank Refund Processing
If your order has not yet been shipped and you cancel in time, you will receive a full refund.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate and offer either a replacement or a refund. (Note: This does not apply if items are seized by customs or border agencies.)
Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer directly back to the original bank account used to place the order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account once the refund is initiated.
5. Shipping Policy
All UK orders are shipped via tracked delivery. Orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on public holidays. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier performance, but most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days. We do not guarantee Next Day Delivery.
